About Us
The Henhouse Salon has been serving Cochrane since 2007, offering a wide variety of services such as; hair styling, artificial nails, eyelash extensions, waxing, sugaring, and more.
We consider our clients not only as friends but as family and strive to create long and lasting relationships. Our feeling of family also extends to the community of Cochrane as we actively give back to our hometown.

Meet The Team
Tammy
Owner/Esthetician
Tammy is the owner of The Henhouse and has done esthetics in Cochrane since 1998. She is a certified esthetician but has focused mostly on artificial nails. From a basic French manicure to crazy nail art, Tammy strives to deliver the best quality and service.
Lisa
Stylist
Lisa has been a hair stylist since 2004 and with the Henhouse since 2008 She has proven herself to be a very professional, well-educated stylist. She specializes in precision cuts, highlights and vibrant colouring. Visit Lisa for the look you want and she will help you achieve it.
Michele
Stylist
Michele has been a hairstylist since 1985. Throughout her career she’s managed to stay up to date with current hair styles and colours and is still actively practising traditional styles and perms. One of Michele’s favourite things to do is colouring and cutting short hair styles.
Michele is not taking new clientele at this time.
Lindsey
Stylist
Lindsey has been a stylist since 2009, with three of them being in Cochrane. Being a Mom of young kids, Lindsey works evenings and a few daytime shifts with us. While in the salon she specializes in highlights and cutting short and curly styles.
Alanna
Nail Tech
Alanna has been a certified nail tech since 2009. She provides gel nail services and loves to do nail art. With two young daughters who are very involved in hockey, figure skating, and horses - Alanna is available at the salon four days a week.
Tess
Stylist/Esthetician
Tess has been doing hair since 2018, where she apprenticed at the Henhouse. After moving away and extending her skills to include waxing, sugaring and nails, Tess has recently come back and is excited to welcome new and old clients back to her chair
Bri
Stylist
Bri is a senior stylist with over 20+ years in the industry. She joined our team from the UK. Having trained and worked all over England, Wales, Ireland, & Germany she brings all kids of tricks and secrets of the trade. She specializes in colours, cuts, 5 star services and a wee bit of cheeky banter .
Lynne
Stylist
Lynne has been a hairstylist since 2009. She is our extension specialist but is also amazing with blonde and creative colours. Lynne has two children and is also a dog mom of two. She loves playing softball and going on family adventures when she's not busy keeping up with the latest hair trends. She's here at the salon Tuesday thru Saturday!
